Change of Mind Policy:

Custom Photo Cushions

Our change of mind policy does not apply to any custom photo cushion purchases. This is a custom product order that features your own photo and therefore is considered to be made to your specification. Therefore please choose carefully as refunds will not be provided when you have changed your mind.

T-Shirts, Dog Beds, Dog Bed Quilt Covers & Bandanas 

This change of mind policy is only applicable to T-shirts, dog beds, dog bed quilt covers & bandanas purchased via the website www.furpersonality.com

If you change your mind you can return the unused item purchased online from Fur Personality and we offer a refund or exchange provided that:

​

(a) you provide your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.

​

(b) you return the item within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase.

​

(c) the item is unused and the merchandise is in its original saleable condition with all of it’s tags attached.

​

(d) with a change of mind instance you will be responsible for the return postage.

​

(e) with a change of mind instance the shipping costs incurred in returning the item to us will be at your own expense.

​

(f) with a change of mind instance the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

The Returns Process:

(a) Contact Fur Personality either by phone, email or contact form and we will advise the processing steps.

 

Our change of mind policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

Under Australian Consumer Law you have automatic consumer guarantees that give you guaranteed legal rights for goods and services that you purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
