How long will my custom pet photo cushion order take to arrive?
​
There will be some initial email consulting time while we wait for receipt of your photos and then when we spend time doing some design work on them. This processing time is dependent on your response time to our emails. We will endeavour to respond to your emails during this process within two business days of receipt.
​
You will receive an email to review your photo panel for print approval. Once print approval has been received your custom made cushion will be manufactured and dispatched within approximately 7-10 business days.

Our in stock items are generally dispatched within 5 - 8 business days.

Made to order products need to be manufactured and the usual dispatch is 7-10 business days.

Please Note: The extra large dog beds with insert are bulky in size and are shipped via a courier service that delivers to a street address only. We are unable to ship these to a PO box.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders will be shipped throughout Australia for a flat rate of $4.95*.
The shipping charge of $4.95* will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. (*Terms & Conditions Apply.)

How will my order be shipped?​
We ship your order via a courier of our choosing and we use either Sendle courier service or Australia Post.
Your order will be delivered during the business days Monday to Friday and business hours 8am-6pm. (Unfortunately as is the case with most courier services we are unable to provide a set time or day of arrival of your parcel.)
​
What happens if I am not home for my delivery?​
If you are not home when your parcel was attempted to be delivered then a calling card will be left. The item may be delivered to a nearby location for your collection.
​
Can I give Authority to Leave my parcel?​
You can request an authority to leave your parcel if you are not home. Because you have requested this; it means the item will be delivered without a signature of receipt goods. On the checkout page is an "add a note" comments section. Please put a note such as leave my order at front door if not home. Whilst we do not recommend this, we will process the request at your risk . Once the item has been deemed delivered by the courier the cost of any missing parcels will be borne by the customer.

We do not offer international shipping.

1. We ship your order via a courier of our choosing and we use either Sendle courier service or Australia Post. We only offer shipping to the areas that these courier services extend to. If you are located in a remote location that our chosen couriers can not deliver to we reserve the right to cancel these orders, or offer you delivery at an increased shipping rate.

2. The shipping prices quoted on this website are only for online purchases made through this website.

3. To avoid additional fees (at an additional cost to you) due to non delivery, re-delivery, and return to sender:

Ensure your shipping address is correct.
